Terms of Service

The service

You upload a pet photo and we generate a printable sheet of AI-generated stickers. You sign in with Google to use the tool. Generating and previewing is free; downloading the full pack requires a purchase.

Pricing & refunds

A sticker sheet download is a one-time purchase of $9.90 (shown before checkout; final price and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout). Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Because the products are instantly delivered digital files, sales are generally final; if a download is faulty or fails, email support@stickfur.com within 14 days and we will fix it or refund it.

Your content & license

You must own or have the right to use any photo you upload. You keep the rights to your stickers and may use the sheets you purchase for personal and commercial purposes. You may not resell or redistribute the service’s output as a competing sticker-generation product.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the service to create, upload, or generate:

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW content of any kind, including AI-generated content;
• Face-swaps, deepfakes, or any manipulation of a real person’s likeness;
• Content depicting or sexualizing minors;
• Hateful, harassing, violent, or discriminatory content;
• Content that infringes anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• Illegal content, or content that violates any applicable law;
• Photos you do not have the right to use.

We screen generation requests with automated content moderation and may block, remove, or refuse any request, and suspend accounts that violate this policy.

Disclaimer & liability

The service and AI output are provided “as is” without warranties; AI results may vary and may not perfectly match your pet. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
