Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account info — when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture, to identify you, attribute purchases, and let you access your stickers across devices.
• Photos you upload — the pet photo you provide, used only to generate your stickers.
• Generated stickers — stored so you can preview and download them.
• Purchase records — the sheets you buy (order id, email, timestamp). Card/payment details are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store them.
• Technical data — IP address and request metadata, used for security, bot protection, and rate limiting.

Service providers we share data with

• Google — sign-in (OAuth) and the Gemini API, which generates your stickers. Your uploaded photo is sent to Google’s image model to create the stickers.
• Cloudflare — hosting, storage, bot protection (Turnstile).
• Creem — our Merchant of Record for payments; it processes your payment and handles applicable taxes.

We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention

Uploaded photos and intermediate files are used to produce your stickers and are not used for any other purpose. Your account and purchase records are kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@stickfur.com.

Cookies

We use a single sign-in session cookie and Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
